Instructions for Sponsorship

1. Sponsors will exhibit on the main conference floor next to the auditorium. Further below there is a map of the floor and the details of the building can be found under the Venue tab under General Info.
2. For information about sponsorship levels and the number of complimentary registrations please refer to this document.
3. The payment for the sponsorship can be made through the conference registration portal.  Follow this link.
4. Proceed to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Payment Option (screenshot below in red).
5. Once you’ve completed the payment, please let IEEE know (Erin T Dolan <e.dolan@ieee.org>).  We will then ensure you receive a complimentary discount code that can be used specifically for your representative(s) that will be on-site at the conference in December.
6. Those individuals who you designate to use the complimentary discount code will need to register as an attendee.  Visa invitation letters can be requested during the attendee registration process.
