Greetings 2023 Humanoids participants!
LOCATION / VENUE
The event will be held on campus in the Engineering Education and Research Center (EER) at the University of Texas, Austin. The address of this building is 2567 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, TX 78712
ONSITE REGISTRATION
The Humanoids registration desk will be located on level 2 (street level) of the EER Building. You may pick up your badge beginning Tuesday, December 12th at 8:00am.
TECHNICAL PROGRAM
The 2-day event will include plenary talks, technical lectures, a panel discussion, and interactive poster sessions. The program was developed to highlight the rapid advancements in humanoid technologies and the introduction of groundbreaking platforms.

WORKSHOPS
Humanoids workshops will take place on Tuesday, December 12th. Those interested in accessing the workshops must register accordingly (there is an additional fee). Coffee, refreshments, and lunch will be provided.
COMPETITION
Introducing the 2023 Humanoid and Quadruped Locomotion Competition. The competition will test robots’ endurance and speed while navigating various obstacles.
SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
This year’s social and networking activities include: a Welcome Reception, Banquet, Daily Lunch as well as Morning and Afternoon coffee refreshments.
IN-PERSON HEALTH & SAFETY
We encourage you to monitor your health leading up to your departure and throughout the event itself. If you do not feel well or experience symptoms that may jeopardize your well-being or others, please seek medical assistance as soon as possible. Masks are optional throughout the event.
